Many of us may feel that a tremendous change is about to enter into our lives but cannot put words to it.We are currently in the midst of intense inner transformation. There is a shifting and a realignment convergence taking place on the deepest levels of our being. Some of you may be experiencing major shifts in consciousness, emotional disturbances and even physical discomfort. This purification is part of our planetary ascension. We are literally moving out of 3rd density to a 5th dimensional alignment.

The shift in consciousness from the 3rd dimension to the 5th dimension brings about emotional, physical and mental cleansing that often takes the form of instability and trauma. These are lessons to be learned during Ascension. However, these negative effects are complemented by the positive--a sense of balance and empowerment that emerges from the way you handle these lessons.

Signs of Emotional Cleansing

Because you are moving into a new frequency, you will experience a range of emotional turmoil which is a sign of emotional cleansing. Emotional blocks surface in many forms—incessant weeping, depression, anxiety attacks, food cravings, weight gain or weight loss. Weeping is often a symptom of the dying of the old order or the old self before the birth of the new one. Loss of the old behavior paradigms is bound to create emotional instability. Surfacing of old issues must be experienced before they can be integrated and balanced with the new.

Signs of Physical Cleansing

The body going through a shift in consciousness will manifest symptoms of pain and trauma. You might have a series of unexplained aches all over your body; or the pain might manifest in one stubborn location, like the arch of a foot or the blade of a shoulder. Signs of physical cleansing might also come in the form of a persistent cold, a raging fever or general malaise. Do not be alarmed. A visit to the doctor or the naturopath might help. Rest assured that these are symptoms of a body going through the process of Ascension.

Signs of Mental Cleansing

Signs of mental cleansing come in all forms.Some people going through mental cleansing might experience a sense of disorientation even in familiar territory. Others experience memory loss or déjà vu—as though whatever they are experiencing has not happened or has happened before. Time speeds up, collapsing events; one day moves so quickly into another you have difficulty remembering the sequence of hours. Others experience dramatic and vivid dreams, fragments of which often spill into their days. Still others are seized by a desire to pursue a dream or goal. There are lessons to be learned from all these challenges and accepting them will help you secure a stronger footing in the process of Ascension.

Research suggests that 2012 will be the next step transition in our spiritual. Many of us will be called to fullfill a higher purpose within our families, work environment as teachers and communicators of peace, uncondional love and healing. If we are honest, most of us struggle with unconditional love, I know that I do. Deep down we all feel we have something to hide, but this is the untrue aspect of the self, the ego body. We forget that we are Divine source energy in physical form. Our true purpose is to come into the light, to shine in all our splendour, and manifest into unity consciousness.

The Melchizedek Frequency establishes a constant flow of pure source energy from the heart centre infusing the entire body and planetary system. According to Dr. Richard Gerber's book Vibrational Medicine on Chakras,

"In reality, the first three centers (root, sacral, and solar plexus chakras) form a lower triad of physiologic and grounding functions. The uppermost three centers (throat, brow, and crown chakras) form the higher spiritual triad. The heart chakra is the bridge between the lower and the higher triads. It is only through the manifesting of one's higher love nature that one can unite the higher and lower energies. The ultimate expression and the unfoldment of the heart chakra is unconditional love and the active demonstration of the Christ consciousness".

When one learns to develop and manifest the higher spiritual aspects of the heart chakra through focusing on unity consciousness. Soul Contract initiates who carry the 7-7 frequency will experience this shift with such profundity and grace.
